Be specific! 3. Name two goals for your study habits for Chinese class. The goals can be about time management, learning strategies or test taking. The goals can also include study in China, read a website in Chinese or be able to talk to new friends in Chinese. 4. What are your current involvements and interests at Bellarmine? 5. Where are you from? Where have you lived or traveled? What is your major? HGTV is doing a show in Louisville. You can win a free home if you write the best essay. Describe your dream house. You can mention the number of rooms, its location and environment, its distance from school, furniture, etc.

Make sure you use Chinese names for the people. 2. Use as much useful vocabulary from Lesson1 7 as you can. 3. Be creative and go a little beyond the requirement. Describe in more detail about your dream house. 4. Have your people use expressions we have learned in class. ex. 太好了!一言为定! Write your friend a letter in Chinese. Tell him/her about your experience of learning Chinese. Please include information on your study habits, in-class situation, after-class work, your strengths and weaknesses, and your likes and dislikes. Please also comment on how your instructor teaches or how your classmates study. Don’t forget to ask your friend about his/her studies, and wish him/her the best.

You are a reporter for a newspaper in China. You have been asked to cover a Chinese Lunar New Year celebration at at Frazier Hall MOnday Jan. 23. In addition to reporting on the activities and the dance performance, pretend to interview one of the dancers for some good quotes.
